Tactile Danger Warning labels
Dantech is producing millions of Tactile Danger Warning labels used on packages which contain hazardous substances, as required by law, to assist blind and visually impaired people. This is as a result of the CHIP 3 regulation.
By law, the label containing the raised triangle must be applied to all products which are classified as toxic, very toxic, corrosive, harmful, extremely flammable, highly flammable as well as on some aerosols classified as harmful, toxic or corrosive.
These labels are difficult to produce because they have a raised triangle above the label and they must be produced in accordance with EN ISO 11683 which clearly sets out the dimensions etc for the triangle and label. This is the same production method used to print Braille.
As a market leader in innovative label solutions, Dantech is well established in the label market with an impressive range of asset labels and security marking labels.
