Dantech can supply id steel and aluminium plates with variable data such as barcode and sequential numbering which will withstand extreme temperatures as well as strong chemicals.

Barcodes and text are printed on a ceramic layer which is then fused onto a stainless steel plate. The image will withstand abrasion and temperatures up to 1000°C as well as most chemicals including Alkaline used in food processing for cleaning containers and pallets. Data can also be etched into the surface.

Aluminium plates can be treated in a special heat process to make them withstand temperatures up to 650°C. variable data such as a barcode is photographically embedded in the aluminium with anodising on top to protect the image.
