Vinyl Labels - Asset Labels
Vinyl labels are a durable and economical asset label material suitable for most asset, security and id label requirements. They use a strong adhesive which will adhere to a wide range of surfaces plus a clear laminating foil is applied to protect the printed image against abrasion and solvents and also provide heavy-duty protection.

Silver or White Polyester Asset Labels
Premium asset labels supplied with the best available universal powerful adhesive which will stick to most surfaces - both high surface energy (HSE) and low surface energy (LSE) plastics, powder coatings and slightly oily metal surfaces. These asset tags have high-temperature resistance, up to 150ºC short term, and down to - 40ºC.
This asset label material can only be described as the most universal solution to suit most asset labelling requirements and comes supplied in strips of 10 labels.

Ultra Destructible Tamper Evident Labels
These destructible tamper evident labels are suitable for use as security labels or asset stickers and come supplied with a universal, powerful adhesive which will bond to most surfaces. Impossible to remove in one piece and will break into small pieces if anyone tries to remove it thus protecting your property – a theft deterrent that also discourages unauthorised asset transfers. The strong, universal adhesive will bond to both most surfaces with high-temperature resistance. Supplied on rolls.

Tamper Void Labels
Tamper Void labels use material suitable for most identification and asset labelling requirements and come supplied with a universal adhesive with high initial tack that will bond to most surfaces
If the asset label is removed the word VOID is left on the surface and on the label clearly showing evidence of tampering – making these void labels a theft deterrent that also discourages unauthorised asset transfers.

Self Laminating Labels
Protect important written information such as text/numbering/date with these self-laminating labels or write and seal labels – once the overlay is applied any written data cannot be altered. Simply write your text and information on the write and seal label - then remove the backing paper on the clear adhesive overlay and press down firmly over the label to protect the written information against tampering, abrasion, grease and chemicals. 3-Part Asset Tracking Labels
3 part asset tracking labels - place the main label on asset and attach the smaller asset tracking labels to your records - simplifies record keeping and reduces the risk of handwritten errors and mistakes.
These asset tracking labels are made from vinyl material and use a strong adhesive. They are in printed black with your company details and sequential numbering and barcode.
Second colour available at +15%.
For ultimate durability, our asset tracking labels have a clear lamination to protect the printed image and are supplied in strips of 5.
Small set, 40x40mm overall, has main asset label 40x30mm and 2 smaller asset tags 20x10mm.

Mini Mark Asset & Security Labels
- 21st Century label technology with text and information engraved into the surface of Acrylate giving a permanent high contrast, durable and tamperproof image suitable for all environments.
- Identify and track equipment safely with these labels. High-performance industrial adhesive suitable for most surfaces which will give high initial adhesion.
- Will withstand temperatures from –60ºC up to +200ºC - safe in microwave, dishwasher and autoclave.
- Highly resistant to chemicals, abrasion and harsh environments.
- The image cannot be ‘wiped off’ – permanently engraved into the surface.
- Tamper evident and non-transferable – labels will fragment if removal is attempted - a theft deterrent that also discourages unauthorised asset transfers. Or use as a security seal.

Aluminium Heavy Duty Security Asset Labels and Asset Plates
These plates are 0.3mm thick, photographically printed onto the aluminium with your name and sequential number/barcode - then anodised to seal in and totally protect the print from abrasion, chemicals and adverse weather conditions. 3M VHB industrial adhesive or use screws/rivets. Must be fixed to a flat surface. Black print only, one or two lines of text plus sequential barcode and readable number. Minimum Order 300 labels. Choice of two sizes plus sequential barcode including 2D DataMatrix code and readable number.
High Temperature and UV exposure plates
These aluminium plates are also available (at extra cost) hardened and with a special coating able to withstand temperatures up to 600° Celsius.
Developed specifically for outdoor applications and often exposed to direct
sunlight and other extreme environmental conditions, the aluminium plates feature
an image intensification process extending their lifetime to 20 plus years outdoors.

ID Trakamark Security Plates for Laptops & Tablets
Helps protect & secure your valuable assets
ID Trakamark security plates make a theft deterrent and aid to recovery. These security plates are made from solid 0.5mm thick aluminium plates with hi-strength 3M adhesive making it near impossible to remove the plates without damaging the equipment.
The text and numbering are embedded in the aluminium and anodised on top to seal in and protect the image.
In addition, we recommend you include a warning message that the equipment is traceable by the police plus a contact telephone number to use if recovered or left behind in a taxi, hotel or train. The numbering also helps you register, keep track of and identify each Trakamarked item.
Please note that plates will only adhere to flat surfaces.

QR Code & Data Matrix Labels
Small Parts, Tools and Instruments Tracking
Small assets can be hard to track with many asset labels being too big and/or not providing enough information.
The demand for more information especially in industry to trace components/materials and their origin led to a two-dimensional matrix code which can contain 100’s of digits/letters being introduced some years ago - the traditional barcode will only hold 8-10 characters/digits. These codes are therefore used when a large amount of data is required.
Matrix codes have a large data capacity, high density, and automatic error correction and even if partially damaged the code can still be read.
Data Matrix or QR Code Labels
Dantech Data matrix or QR labels are printed black onto 3M white polyester with a universal, powerful adhesive which will stick to most surfaces including plastics, powder coating - even slightly oily metal surfaces.
These asset labels are also available printed on aluminium foil, which can withstand high and low, freezing temperatures.

Barcode plates for the most harsh environment - tough enough to withstand heat, chemical and abrasion
Aluminium Plates
Aluminium plates and foils with precision printing, sequentially numbered barcodes, including 2D codes, sealed in the aluminium with a protective anodising to provide years of protection against heat, cold, chemicals and abrasion. Intensified image or Teflon® coating is available for extreme environments. Fixed with adhesive or mechanical fasteners through punched holes.
Stainless Steel Plates
Stainless steel plates give extreme resistance to weather, corrosion and abrasion - they are also compulsory in certain food environments. Barcodes and data are fused onto a ceramic coating and will withstand temperatures up to 1000ºC and most chemicals.
All plates can be supplied in straight number sequences or we can accept variable data in spreadsheet format.
Micro Asset Labels
Size does matter – only 20 x10 mm - with barcode
A better way to track small and large tools, instruments and equipment using an advanced barcode solution including sequential numbering and 2D DataMatrix codes.
Also suitable for small assets such as cameras, mobiles, PDA’s, etc.
The labels also act as a visual deterrent against theft while providing an easy and effective way to identify and track all your assets.
Made from premium white polyester (to give maximum contrast when scanning) and over-laminated to protect the printed information.
